Job Type: Full-time / Permanent (Onsite)Shift time: All shift
Summary:• We are looking for a skilled, sympathetic Speech Pathologist to provide quality care for our patients.• The speech pathologist will perform screenings, assess patient condition, and design therapy and treatment plans to help the patient develop necessary speech skills.• You should be caring and knowledgeable about speech-related conditions and therapies.• To succeed as a speech pathologist, you should be willing to alter treatment plans to better suit the individual needs of a diverse patient population.• You should be caring, adaptable, analytical, and resourceful.• Working with children with speech and language disorders and swallowing impairments, the speech language pathologist is expected to analyze risk, problem solve effectively and demonstrate a high level of professional judgment when recommending and providing services, making environmental modifications, and training families to manage needs at an appropriate level of supervision.• The speech language pathologist, though working as a team member serving children, is autonomous in applying principles of speech language pathology.
Requirements:• Master's degree in speech-language pathology.• Valid state license or certification.• Certified in Infant/Child CPR
