We're currently looking for: Digital Marketing Director.Key Responsibilities:Oversee, mentor, and manage a high-performing Digital Marketing team, fostering a collaborative and results-driven environment.

Develop and implement the digital marketing strategy, including audience targeting, media planning, and execution across multiple digital channels.

Align digital marketing strategies within broader marketing initiatives to ensure cohesive and effective campaigns.

Direct media planning efforts across Paid Search, Paid Social, Display, Video, and other digital marketing channels.

Continuously optimize channel performance by adjusting tactics based on data-driven insights and market trends.

Manage and allocate the digital marketing budget, ensuring efficient use of resources to maximize ROI.

Monitor budget pacing and key metrics, providing accurate forecasts and recommendations for budget adjustments.

Deliver detailed insights and performance metrics across platforms, placements, and campaigns.

Collaborate with analytics teams to design testing plans and measure the impact of media efforts, ensuring continuous improvement.

Implement and oversee testing strategies, including A/B testing, audience segmentation, and new channel exploration.

Stay ahead of industry trends by testing emerging channels and technologies to identify new opportunities for growth.

Work closely with brand, creative, product, data, and engineering teams to develop integrated marketing campaigns.

Enhance coordination and resource planning across all marketing functions, ensuring alignment with overall business goals.

Desired Qualifications:10+ years of experience in digital marketing with a focus on performance marketing, media planning, and strategy development.

Proven track record in leading and growing high-performing teams.

Strong experience in media mix optimization, attribution, and integrated marketing strategies.

Excellent financial management and analytical skills, with the ability to optimize marketing spend based on performance.

Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities, with a strategic mindset that can translate data into actionable insights.

4+ years of leadership experience, with a proven ability to manage cross-functional teams and build strong partnerships both internally and externally.

Exceptional collaboration skills, with experience managing relationships with agencies, partners, and stakeholders.

A proactive, entrepreneurial approach with the discipline to drive growth and achieve business results.

Creativity and a passion for continuous learning and improvement in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. An advanced degree is a plus.

Benefits may include, but are not limited to, health and wellness, 401k, ESPP, vacation, parental leave, and more! The salary may vary depending on your location, skills, and experience.
