Pay is commensurate with experience.Job Responsibilities:The basic function of this position is to aid in marketing & growth, by providing cohesive and compelling Graphic Design to acquire, develop, and retain client relationships between dentists, surgeons, and other dental professionals for all Apex Dental Laboratory Group, Inc. territories. You will be responsible for managing and meeting the expectations and directives set forth by your Direct Supervisor as well as the Apex Board of Directors & Officers.Graphic Design (50-60%):Create and execute multi-channel marketing strategies, through collaboration with the Marketing Director, President, and Sales team, to increase brand awareness, drive new customer acquisition and repeat purchases, and help sales to achieve growth objectives.Communicate and promote the Apex brand and all affiliated Lab Brands, through compelling graphic design to drive interest and sales.Lead the creation of initial concepts for National (all of Apex) and Lab-specific (Regional-specific) marketing campaigns, and collaborate with the Marketing Director & President to execute them from start to finish from conception, multiple rounds of revisions, and gathering approvals from all necessary parties.Provide final hand-off to the Printer and Marketing Assistant, for all print and digital files by:Uploading to proper Hubspot ticket & DropBox Marketing folder:Final high-resolution, print-ready PDFs

with crop & bleed

(for the Marketing team to order bulk printing for cost savings).Final high-resolution PDFs

without crop & bleed

(for the Marketing team to send to outlying labs that print locally).Emailing the ordering file to the commercial printer, detailing quantities needed and delivery details.Uploading & maintaining Materials in DropBox: continue to add newly created Marketing Tools to DropBox.Maintain & provide graphic elements of e-blast emails and social media for optimum performance, via Workflow with Marketing Assistant.Assist with the newly enhanced digital marketing strategy, including executing a long-term strategy to create multi-faceted touchpoints within the digital marketing space.Enhance the sales team’s touchpoints and connectivity with the digital aspect of our marketing.Attend continuing education for Marketing & Graphic Design / other software programs as needed.Sales Support (40-50%):Assist the Marketing Director & Company President with the development of marketing strategies, print-wise and digitally via HubSpot avenues, to drive new customers within the given market area.Work directly with Sales & Regional Managers to create Trade Show Marketing Collateral to meet their goals for their market.Assist Marketing Director in supporting outside sales representatives, by aiding in the logistics operations of marketing execution.Assist and Manage many aspects of the Annual Meeting planning, including graphic design of name tags and event signage; planning & packing; assembly of Welcome Bags, etc.Upload to the proper DropBox Marketing folder: each lab’s final print-ready PDFs without crop & bleed.Bring ideas and efficiency thoughts to collaborate with the Marketing Director as new workflows are developed in the growing company.Assist in any Troubleshooting as needed with HubSpot.Assist the Marketing Director with building and maintaining the HubSpot Marketing- & Sales-Hubs.Explore & pull reporting out of HubSpot - to develop strategic Marketing print-wise and digitally via HubSpot avenues.Benefits:Health Ins optionsEmployee Wellness ProgramSTD & Life Ins Policy with Optional Voluntary LifeDental ReimbursementFSA/HSA401K RetirementPTO & Sick Leave
