Under the direction of a Drafting Supervisor, our Drafters/Designers are responsible for responding to design/documentation demands and meeting response time and output goals.Pay Range:
The Drafter/Designer pay range is $24.00 to $30.00 per hour, depending on experience.Qualifications
Responsibilities:You will assist with the execution of projects and plans supporting the organization's long-term drafting strategy.You will participate on project teams and ensure compliance with predetermined project deliverables.You will adhere to administrative guidance on project execution.You will identify and course correct project issues and risks, participate in response plans to resolve.You will understand current and future business goals and ongoing issues.Qualifications:You will have training in the field.You will have good interpersonal skills.You will have solid experience with the principles and practices of fiber specific projects, network deployments, and related fields.You may have 1 or more years of progressive experience in drafting - You may have proficiency in AutoCAD.You may have advanced training in the field.Other Requirements:Must possess, or obtain upon employment, a valid driver’s license.Must be able to pass a background check and company drug screening.Must be able to attend and pass all company required training as needed.May be required to work after hours; on weekends or be on-call as work is needed.Regular and timely attendance is an essential function of this position.Physical & Safety Requirements and the Working Environment:(The physical duties outlined below are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
