What You'll Do
Be a trusted source of inspiration for Fashion, Hype, Sport and Cultural insights.Stay on top of global trends through relevant market travel, trade shows, social and web research.Bring a forward-thinking design aesthetic and the desire to push the Brand forward for a variety of consumers, both volume-driving and Brand-driving.Drive freshness to new and existing product each season, contributing to both a pipeline of R&D and seasonal design needs against key strategic focuses, leveraging color curation, treatments and finishes, surface design, materials and trims, componentry and embellishments.Drive the Design vision through to cross functional partners, with strong communication and inspiring presentation skills.Deliver multiple projects simultaneously, in a fast-paced, time-sensitive environment that meets global business needs.Obsess the details to ensure our product is delivered on time and meets our critical execution standards.Be a team champion cross-functionally, enhancing our culture of collaboration, trust and communication across Design, Category Management and Development partners.Ability to embrace diverse points of view while fostering an environment of inclusivity.What You'll Bring to the Table
Bachelor’s degree in fashion or industrial design, graphics, apparel or related field.Has experienced knowledge and a higher understanding of product from color, material, construction to production.Minimum 2+ years of relevant design experience.Technical understanding and proficiency in Adobe Suite: Photoshop & Illustrator.Ability to travel domestically & internationally.The Company is an Equal Opportunity Employer committed to a diverse and inclusive work environment.
