Living in or close to Austin is a plus! Living in the state of Texas is a must. Open to reloWe need someone ready to jump in and get their hands dirty creating awesome content for our new social shop, Look Squirrel Content. We are looking for a creative brain who lives and breathes social. Many might call this person a “content creator.” We need someone who can concept and create social content natively through the apps and also has some additional editorial, shooting, and animation skills. We will look to this person to be fully up on what is going on culturally across the platforms and be able to use that knowledge to create timely and creative interactions.Duties/Responsibilities:

Weekly/daily social squad meetings as well as client meetingsConcepting of social ideasComping ideas when necessaryExecuting social ideas — native and non-native to appsStaying up to date on platform-specific trends and in-app capabilitiesShooting photography, editing, animating — “making skills”Requirements:

Live and breathe socialCreate engaging, inventive content within app for all platformsLeverage new platformsEdit together videosShoot content with phoneAbility to put ideas into a deck and sell to clientThrive in a collaborative environmentBe constantly curiousLove working with othersVery proactiveAlways thinking of new ways to hack socialAt least one to two+ years of experience creating engaging contentProficiency with Adobe productsAbility to work with After Effects or other animation capabilitiesKnowledge in visual/video styling is a plusFlexible work from home options available.
