Key Responsibilities

Execute CWCU's strategic marketing plan, including direct digital marketing initiatives, digital brand strategies, and paid digital and social advertising that promotes increased awareness alongside membership, loan, and non-interest income growth.

Manage and maintain the marketing automation platform.

Administer email marketing campaigns; test and analyze workflow, identify and implement A/B testing opportunities for continuous development and improvement towards member engagement.

Support the creation of email marketing campaigns, including high-quality promotional email designs based on responsive design, layout principles, efficient coding, and aesthetic design concepts.

Develop, execute, and analyze digital marketing campaigns, including email, social media, landing pages, etc.

Execute all ads on digital platforms including Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and any other digital channels.

Provide data-driven insights and contributions to the development of campaign strategy, creative assets, budget management, and overall project management.

Research, assess, test, and implement innovative digital solutions while promoting business best practices.

Support the company website including new landing pages and updating existing web material.

Act as primary marketing liaison to the Remote Delivery Department for marketing-related online efforts.

Drive web, mobile, Online Banking (OLB), and other online platform marketing efforts and CW's brand image within those mediums.

Monitor search engine rankings and provide reports to the department and other internal stakeholders. Also monitor keywords, terms, and competitor activity on social media sites, industry message boards, and leading search engine sites.

Participate in analysis of market and member trends to evolve marketing and communication efforts to meet marketplace needs.

Regularly review marketing performance data to provide insights and make recommendations to maximize quality leads and traffic from digital channels.

Act as the liaison between the production and marketing teams.

Position RequirementsREQUIRED SKILLS

Demonstrated knowledge, experience, and skills in online marketing and practices including website design and copy, mobile marketing, Search Engine Marketing (SEM), Search Engine Optimization (SEO), and outbound email techniques.

Knowledge of Email Best Practices and CAN-SPAM compliance considerations.

Experience with Cost Per Click (CPC) and Cost Per Action (CPA) models/efforts.

Experience with web analytics and campaign management tools such as Google Analytics.

Familiarity with social media and working knowledge of sites including Twitter, LinkedIn, Facebook, Google Places, YouTube, Content Management Systems, and blogs.

Experience with website CMS preferred.

CSS/HTML5 experience a plus.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

Full-time hours required, with additional hours as necessary to accomplish objectives, goals, and projects.

Ability to sit or stand within proximity of a computer terminal for extended periods.

Vision (or corrected) to the normal range.
