As a Marketing Services Coordinator, you’ll be a part of a fast-paced, well organized, and talented Marketing team!Duties & ResponsibilitiesYou will support marketing efforts across many departmental areas and channels by helping to oversee and successfully complete projects and events. Project direction and priority will be assigned by the vice president of marketing and marketing. Your primary responsibilities include support for tradeshows, mailroom, mailings, postal knowledge, service school and VIP materials, translations, company forms and other documents, vinyl cutter, sales plaques, contact list clean-up, memberships, website, catalog updates, and more. You often serve as a liaison between our internal teams.You’ll also need to be able to:Manage a large number of details for projects and tasks as they are assigned.Facilitate and provide timely and thorough responses for inquiries, requests for services and issue resolution. Proactively resolves routine issues in a timely manner as well as consistently follows procedures, guidelines and cross-communication.Organize and manage all aspects of industry-specific and dealer exhibitions. Duties include planning the event, working with vendors, and ensuring that the show is planned, setup and returned smoothly. Liaise with other stakeholders, vendors, attendees and guests to oversee the trade show operations.Help keep content and resources current across various media, including the website, PowerPoint presentations and CDs, USBs and DVDs.Provide support to the mailroom coordinator and mailroom.Provide support to marketing specialists and vice president of marketing as requested for corporate projects, product line projects and other department deliverables.Support postal and email campaigns. A strong knowledge of shipping, postal requirements mail lists.Monitor progress of projects within the marketing workflow to ensure due dates are met.What it’s like with the Marketing Team at Rice Lake Weighing SystemsTeam Environment:
