Role Description

This exciting opportunity as a Digital Marketing Brand Graduate offers an incredible opportunity for a motivated, creative individual, passionate about digital marketing and brand management. In this role, you will be responsible for managing digital marketing content and communications, primarily focusing on content for the website, emails, and affiliates.

Your main priorities include maintaining the marketing and trade calendar, ensuring all marketing activations drive sales, and overseeing content upload, campaign execution, and customer engagement across platforms. You will also collaborate with various teams, including Brand Managers and Sales, to ensure brand alignment and success.

Role Responsibilities

Marketing Plan Execution

Plan daily, weekly, and monthly marketing activities (e.g., promotions, blog posts) at least 6 months in advance.

Liaise with Brand Managers and Graduates to ensure brand strategies are executed.

Promotions

Ensure promotional deals are commercially justified.

Research competitor promotions and content.

Set up discounts on Shopify, update homepage banners, and oversee visual changes.

Customer Service

Manage inquiries on Freshdesk and handle resends/refunds where necessary.

Create customer discount codes and share partnership opportunities with internal teams.

Forward quality issues to the relevant departments and assist in processing customer invoices.

Website Content Optimization

Regularly review and update website content.

Brief and implement new assets, including images and copy.

Upload and list new products/bundles.

Email Marketing

Plan and schedule email campaigns.

Conduct competitor analysis and brief assets for email campaigns.

Schedule and report on email analytics, optimising performance.

Stock Management

Monitor stock levels on all eCommerce sites and arrange for replenishments where necessary.

The Ideal Candidate Description:

Strong communicator with excellent written and verbal skills.

Able to think creatively and innovate in the digital marketing space.

Demonstrates commercial awareness and an understanding of brand dynamics.

A team player with a collaborative approach, who can also work independently.

Strong organisational and multitasking skills, with the ability to manage various projects simultaneously.

Self-motivated, deadline-driven, and adaptable to changing environments.

Knowledgeable and confident in engaging with customers to provide high-quality service.

Qualifications:

Graduate with a strong academic background in Marketing, Digital Marketing, eCommerce, or a related field.

Proficient in digital marketing tools, including Shopify, Freshdesk, email marketing platforms (e.g., Airtable, Monday.com), and analytics software.

Excellent knowledge of MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).

Experience:

0-2 years of relevant experience in digital marketing, eCommerce, or customer service.

Demonstrable experience managing digital content, email marketing campaigns, and customer service platforms.

Knowledge of social media platforms, brand development, and stock management is advantageous.
