The Internal and Provider Communications Manager is responsible for developing and implementing communications programs to effectively engage and inform a variety of internal audiences about organizational offerings, events and policies to promote a positive culture and support the recruitment and retention of dedicated, compassionate, safety-minded, and innovative employees and healthcare providers. Partners with stakeholders throughout BMH to identify opportunities for communicating the excellence shown across all settings of the organization and help address needs for information about organizational offerings, employee benefits and policies.Position Requirements:Education:Bachelor’s degree in communication, journalism or business, or equivalent experience (five years of direct experience in a full-time internal communications or employee engagement role will be accepted in lieu of a bachelor’s degree).Experience:Three or more years’ experience in an internal communications role for a mid- to large-sized organization preferred.Certifications/Licenses:None Specified.EOE Statement: Beaufort Memorial Hospital is an equal employment opportunity employer.
