Develop and expand base of use of company portfolio through promoting and influencing demand generation with clinical stakeholders in key specialties (Bariatric, Colon and GYN) and develop training with resident programs in his assigned territory. Establishes and maintains long term relationships with clinical customers, ensuring it reaches decision makers. Builds trust and dedication with our customers. Provides technical support and training in product use. Works in collaboration with all commercial organization to deploy specific plans and actions for customers in the geographies, including participating in non-clinical negotiations as appropriate.

II. Essential Job Duties And ResponsibilitiesEstablished and productive individual contributor, who works under moderate supervision. Serves as a developing subject matter expert on Product Management strategy and provides extensive knowledge of market performance and product trends. Builds broad knowledge of product development practices and drives data driven solutions for stakeholders and consumers. Leverages analytics and reporting to develop go-to-market strategies for new products.Applies in-depth Product Management knowledge to carry out daily operations under moderate supervision.Conducts complex analyses to build reports on consumer behavior, product performance, and market trends.Researches and evaluates new Product Management techniques and recommends improvements to existing processes and protocol.Builds presentations to illustrate progress on product developments, launches, and roadmaps.Conducts pricing calculations for new products to resolve product value based on market assessments.Implements sales and marketing programs within clinical stakeholders to achieve company goals.Develops and maintain positive relationships with key clinical staff to expand and sustain our clinical demand.Visits clinical stakeholders (surgeons, specialists, nurses, etc.) to promote company portfolio (existing and new products).Ensures implementation of all marketing related activities (new product launches, etc.).Partners with MAF and HEMA to deploy strategies in assigned territory.Finds opportunities and develops execution plan.Partners with COE members to support the definition of participants in Profed events.

III. Other Job Duties and ResponsibilitiesIs accountable and aware of results per platform in his territory and is willing to drive conversations on price changes protecting profitability and pricing strategy driving price increases.Identifies product training needs and elevates them to CommEd team as appropriate.Awareness of market trends and competitive landscape.Supports sales management with appropriate information and insights.Bachelor's Degree: Business Administration, Natural Science or Industrial Engineering is helpful.Master's Degree is helpful.5 - 10 years confirmed experience in Marketing in a similar job, in the Over the Counter, in Consumer Products, or in the Healthcare sector is preferred.Able to work flexible hours.Travel inside designated territory will be required (up to 25% to 50% depending on territory).A valid driver's license, with a clean driving record are required.Bilingual (English & Spanish).Proficiency in MS Office Platforms (Word, Excel, and Power Point) is required.Connect - Develop deep insights into the needs of our patients, customers, markets and communities.Lead - Build an environment where leadership and talent development is top priority.Deliver - Deliver results by encouraging and mobilizing people and teams.Shape - Drive innovation; anticipate and shape industry and market changes to advance health care globally.Credo - Demonstrate and inspire the behaviors that reinforce Our Credo.
