Key Responsibilities:
Social Media Management:
Develop and execute a cohesive social media strategy across platforms such as LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, and Instagram to enhance our visibility and engage with both clients and candidates. Monitor analytics to gauge the success of campaigns and adjust strategies as needed.
Event Management:
Plan and oversee corporate events, job fairs, and networking events that align with our brand’s mission and business goals. Coordinate with vendors and venues to ensure smooth event execution.
Advertising Campaigns:
Design and implement innovative advertising campaigns across digital and traditional media. Collaborate with external agencies to create compelling advertisements that resonate with our target audiences.
Corporate Communications:
Manage internal communications, ensuring that Quantam's vision, mission, and updates are effectively communicated to all staff. Craft external communications to promote our services and successes in various media outlets.
Community Engagement:
Foster strong relationships with community organizations and educational institutions to enhance recruitment efforts and brand recognition. Participate in and sponsor local events and initiatives.
Analytics:
Regularly analyze and report on the effectiveness of marketing strategies to senior management. Utilize data to refine and optimize all marketing efforts.
Content Creation:
Create high-quality content for various channels including blogs, newsletters, and press releases. Ensure that all content is on-brand and consistent in terms of style, quality, and tone.
Market Research:
Conduct thorough market research to understand industry trends and the competitive landscape. Translate insights into actionable strategies that align with business objectives.
Strategy Development:
Develop strategic marketing and PR plans to attract top-tier talent and retain clients. Align marketing strategies with Quantam's short-term and long-term business goals.
Branding:
Maintain and evolve Quantam’s brand identity. Ensure brand consistency across all marketing and communications channels.
Budget Management:
Manage the marketing budget with a focus on maximizing return on investment and efficient cost management. Allocate funds strategically across various marketing and PR initiatives.
Press Releases and Company Awards:
Write and distribute press releases to highlight company achievements and news. Manage submissions for industry awards to enhance company credibility and recognition.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or related field.
Proven experience (5+ years) in marketing and public relations, ideally in the staffing or related service industry.
Strong understanding of digital marketing tools and techniques.
Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with meticulous attention to detail.
