Visual and Experiential Graphic Designer
Key Role:Produces graphic designs, using a variety of techniques and software, for both print and electronic communications, including promotions, advertisements, and instructional materials distributed through a variety of media outlets. Applies advanced consulting skills or extensive technical expertise, full industry knowledge. Develops innovative solutions to complex problems. Works without considerable direction, mentors and may supervise team members.Basic Qualifications:Experience supporting and leading creative teams to develop high-quality brand materials, including logos, product marketing, and brand guidelines
Experience designing and conceiving original brand identities and rebrands
Experience using industry-standard software for visual design or multimedia, including Adobe Creative Suite, including Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, or AfterEffects
Experience working with marketers, copywriters, product managers, creative directors, designers, and creative collaborators
Experience working across a variety of design styles
Ability to articulate design decisions clearly and effectively and to iterate quickly
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, meet deadlines, and think critically about a problem set and develop a cohesive strategy that drives solutions
Ability to submit a portfolio and work samples
Ability to obtain a Secret clearance
Bachelor's degree
Additional Qualifications:Experience with art direction
Experience working with federal government clients
Experience with using facilitation techniques in different environments
Experience with virtual collaboration tools, including MURAL and Slack
Bachelor's degree in a visual-design-related field preferred; Master's degree in a visual-design-related field a plus

The projected compensation range for this position is $67,700.00 to $154,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen's total compensation package for employees.
