Job Description

We are looking for a natural storyteller to help bring the MedTrainer brand to life by describing how the pain points of our clients are solved. The writer will effectively drive continuous engagement with customers and target prospects to generate interest and purchase. The writing includes thought leadership as well as lead generation content that uses multiple formats and marketing channels. The content marketing specialist will be instrumental in shaping the MedTrainer voice, while also contributing to social media, PR, webinars, and more. Reporting to the Head of Content, you’ll work closely with graphic design, product marketing, demand generation, and other teams. You thrive in a fast-paced environment, are eager to learn, and want to make an impact at a growing SaaS company.

Responsibilities

Content Creation: Create high-quality, engaging storytelling communications and copy across a variety of channels, including emails, blog posts, websites, white papers, infographics, sales collateral, and more.

Content Strategy: Gain an understanding of the healthcare compliance field and audiences and translate product value propositions and messaging into clear and compelling content that drives awareness and action.

Collaboration: Understand and organize data, research, and information provided by subject matter experts, and structure it into a compelling story.

Brand Experience: Ensure all content is aligned to MedTrainer’s product messaging, company narrative, brand voice, and style.

Project Management: Maintain content calendars, schedules, and processes to keep projects of all sizes on track and aligned with marketing goals.

Qualifications:Qualifications

Experience writing and editing exceptional content, including both short- and long-form.

Bachelor’s degree in journalism, communications, marketing, or related field.

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Highly proficient with technology.

Demonstrated ability to be detail-oriented.

Strong interpersonal communication skills.

Passionate to do great work and be part of achieving growth goals.

Excellent project management and organizational skills.

Experience writing in AP style and with SEO preferred but not required

Additional Information

Salary range: $65-80k plus benefits including unlimited PTO
