A hybrid role responsible for managing the overall marketing & service processes for designated CAC surety clients with additional responsibilities of prospecting, soliciting, and originating new clients.Duties & Responsibilities:Assist the surety team with a defined book of business, specializing in commercial surety bonds.Identify new opportunities by assessing the ongoing risk profiles of your clients and prospects.Participate in client meetings and lead when necessary.Understand complex financial analysis and claims data.Help generate new business leads and participate in prospect presentation meetings.Prepare renewal submissions for marketing; send and process complete renewal submissions.Analyze quotes for accuracy and prepare spreadsheet of all quotes received.Assist in data analysis to determine program structure options.Create client presentations including quotes, spreadsheet, contract comparison and other internal marketing materials.Review documents issued by surety company for accuracy. Submit incorrect documents for revision.Assist in supervising support staff to help manage workflow.Other duties as assigned.Qualifications:Bachelor’s Degree required; substantial work experience may be considered in lieu of degree.8-10 years of relevant work experience required.State specific license is required.Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.Strong multitasking & time management skills.Proficient in Microsoft Office products; (Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Publisher).Prior SalesForce and Epic experience a plus.Professional in appearance and business conduct with strong customer service.About Us:
