The Sales and Marketing Specialist will be responsible for procuring and securing leads for the business. They/the individual is expected to produce a number of leads that will convert to a sale(s) for the business in our specialized field of expertise. This is more-so a 'sales' position rather than a primarily-focused marketing position, but we are open to marketing-related feedback. There are no hard metrics to hit, but we expect at least 1-2 conversions bi-weekly.
Pay
The pay is
ONLY
commission-based, and our starting percentage is 25%, where you receive 25% of each sale, and we receive the remaining 75%.
Qualifications
No hard qualification necessary. Must be personable and have the ability to secure leads that convert to sales.
Work Setting
They/the individual is able to work remotely. The majority of communication will be done via Slack, so having Slack installed on your mobile device/tablet device is optimal for communication.
