Bring your multifamily expertise and join a great firm as a Senior Interior Designer.The primary responsibility of the Senior Designer is to complete multi-family designs based on the company brand standards, Creative Director guidance, and Client preferences, directives, budgets, and timeframes. The senior designer will have access to a variety of support systems, including operational, project management, purchasing, accounting, and warehouse support. It is the senior designer's key focus to be the main point of contact throughout the project, maintaining ownership of all key responsibilities related to budget, timeframes, and other project parameters, and leveraging these support systems as needed and indicated by company policies. This position reports to the Vice President of Design and Creative Director.QualificationsBachelor's Degree in Interior Design from an accredited university3-5+ years of experience in multifamily interior designMUST have a multifamily interior design portfolioProficiency in AutoCAD requiredExperience with understanding of architectural details and constructabilityStrong knowledge of multifamily property and model home construction methods and materialsExperience with budget management - understands how to allocate budget and appropriate use of vendorsAbility to read builder plans and comprehendAbility to communicate designs verbally and written plus in presentationsStrong client relations and relationship building skillsAbility to travel to job sitesCompensation and BenefitsCompetitive Annual Salary + Full Benefits Package + Hybrid Working StyleThe competitive annual base salary based on experience, certifications and portfolioFull Benefits Package - Health, Dental, Vision, Short/Long Term Disability, team gatherings, and much moreFor immediate review and consideration, contact:
