Associate Program - Sr Product Designer

Yahoo Holdings Inc. seeks Associate Program - Sr Product Designer in New York, NY.Job Duties: Collaborate globally with product management, engineering, and other stakeholders to define design vision and implement intuitive user interactions with our products and applications. Conceptualize original ideas that bring simplicity and user-friendliness to complex design roadblocks. Lead innovation with stunning visual designs and effectively communicate them through wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows, etc. for final hand-off to engineering. Present and justify design rationale and key milestone deliverables to peers and stakeholders. Establish and promote design guidelines, best practices, and standards. Apply user-centered experience design practice and participate in regular user research. Participate in multiple projects simultaneously from planning to launch.Minimum Requirements: Bachelor’s or foreign equivalent degree in User Experience Design, Graphic Design and Visual Experience, Human-Computer Interaction or Design Engineering, Visual Communication, Art Design, or a related field and completion of a university-level course, research project, internship, or thesis or one year of experience involving the following: Special Skills:1.Interaction and information architecture design and UI and UX User-centered design principles;2.Visual Design/layout for consumer/business-orientated user interfaces;3.Figma, Sketch, ProtoPie, XD, Framer or similar prototyping tools;4.Product Requirement documentation/analysis and design hierarchy/information architecture planning; and5.Flowchart diagramming and wireframing.Telecommute role, may work remotely from anywhere in the US.Salary: $160,125.00 - $266,875.00 per year.
