We are seeking a Product Designer who is a versatile professional combining creativity, user empathy, and technical acumen to craft exceptional user experiences. This role involves conducting thorough research, creating intuitive interfaces, and iterating designs based on user feedback. Proficient in prototyping and visual design, a Product Designer collaborates effectively with cross-functional teams, bridging the gap between user requirements and technical feasibility. Strong communication skills are essential for articulating design rationale and incorporating feedback while staying updated on design trends and technologies. The ability to balance aesthetics with functionality, coupled with a commitment to user-centric design principles, positions Product Designers as instrumental in delivering innovative and impactful products to the market.

Key Responsibilities Include:
Understanding user requirements and using tools to illustrate design ideas
User Research and UX Research skills
Experience in Product Design and creating wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs
Experience with design tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar
Passionate about creating user-centric designs
Design landing pages and handle media planning
Analyze and expand the features of existing products in terms of usability and UX
Identify and troubleshoot UX problems, ensuring responsiveness and usability
Strong collaboration and communication skills
Self-organize, self-manage, and make decisions to deliver results
Work closely with Tech Leads and developers
Educational Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
Additional Requirements:
Excellent academic background will be considered a value-adding criterion.
Impressive track record and an outstanding design portfolio
Deeply passionate about design, viewing UX/UI Design as a problem-solving discipline, not just art
Strong knowledge of industry and market trends
