You can find our products on powertrains of high profile NHRA racers and the popular tv show Street Outlaws. Our Inovair division utilizes integrally geared compressors and blowers that possess the highest efficiency, superior durability, and the best overall performance in the wastewater, aircraft ground support, and other industrial markets. This role will be to serve as a marketer for both brands.We are seeking a talented Creative Marketing Sr. Associate with at least 5 years of experience to join the existing high-performance marketing team. Activities include expansion and refinement of both ProCharger and Inovair websites, development of national advertising (digital and print) campaigns, creation and management of social media content, production of video and photography assets, and other marketing deliverables.CREATIVE MARKETING SR. ASSOCIATEResponsibilities :Lead the ideation and production of high impact digital assets that are optimized for the target segment, platform integration, and accessibilityLead the ideation and production of high impact print solutions, including catalogs, flyers, print ads, tradeshow signage, and other office needsConceptualize, procure, and edit both video and still photographyDevise storyboards, design comps, and graphic elements to communicate concepts and options with internal, cross-functional stakeholdersImprove web page design, content, and functionality for clarity, consistency and ease of useContribute to social media activities, including assets, campaigns, and analysisPropose and manage tradeshow booth assets including layouts, backdrop design, and other supporting materialsDesign merch, apparel, and product labeling to support both internal requirements and eCommerce salesUtilize data and analytics to drive creative ideationContribute to other general marketing projects including market research, copywriting for blogs and emails, webpage CMS edits, and SEO-related tasksEnsure graphic solutions are optimized for integration, performance, usability, and sustainabilityEnhance email template visual design and assist with production of email campaigns, particularly graphics and imagesMaintain and manage all assets and working files in our digital asset management systemManage vendors associated with print, apparel and merch jobs, including overseeing quality, cost and delivery timesMust be in the office 8am – 5:30pm Monday through Friday, plus be available after hours to support ad hoc team requests and critical deadlinesRequired Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:5+ years of experience designing digital assets with campaign results that reflect asset successExperience producing print-ready documents for digital and offset lithography printing, and have working knowledge of industry standards for digital file/document productionExperience with pre-print production (file management and prep)Experience working on mobile design projects; understands mobile design elements, considerations, and limitations for Android/iOSSkilled in user-centered design process, specifically related to web/social best-practices and accessibility standardsHighly skilled with camera work (procurement and editing)Highly skilled at video editing, including challenging screen proportions and experience working with HDMI splittersSelf-starting individual with proven ability to get resultsStrong teamwork mentality and able to work in a group feedback environment and manage conflicting feedbackAbility to advocate consumer perspectives and motivationsAbility to deliver high quality work across multiple marketing mediums that meets project requirements and goalsHighly passionate about tackling challenges and strives to become an expert in graphic design and digital marketingProvide constructive feedback on the creative work produced by team membersPossesses an analytical approach to delivering and optimizing assetsSkilled problem solver with excellent communication and presenting skillsKnowledge of branding and marketing techniques/strategiesKnowledge of mechanical products and automotive trends with automotive, motorsports, and/or industrial equipment knowledgeMust be able to handle confidential information and deal with issues sensitivelyAbility to work in a fast paced, demanding environmentHighly organized and can easily switch creative thinking between brandsTeam player who is comfortable working with team members in other time zonesEducation / Work History Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, fine arts, marketing, or related field5+ years of graphic design experience3+ years of experience designing print, digital, social and other media solutionsSoftware Requirements:High proficiency in Adobe programs (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, Premiere Pro, and After Effects)Video Editing Software (Premiere, Final Cut Pro, etc)Website Analytics tools preferred (Ahrefs, SEMrush, Lucky Orange, Moz, or equivalent)Website CMS (WordPress, Magento or similar)Social Media platforms (understanding of algorithm results on campaign performance)Mailchimp experience, or equivalent email marketing tool***Portfolio submission with application required***Accessible Technologies is an equal opportunity employer, and all qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, national origin, disability status, protected veteran status, or any other characteristic protected by law.Job Type: Full-timeBenefits:401(k)Dental insuranceEmployee discountHealth insurancePaid time offReferral programVision insuranceSchedule:Day shiftAbility to Relocate:Lenexa, KS 66215: Relocate before starting work (Required)Work Location: In person
