The Local Marketing Coordinator at Easy Step Enterprises drives brand visibility through local and regional events, managing end-to-end logistics, vendor relations, and budget allocation. This position will work directly with various partners including professional sports teams, college athletics programs, local non-profits, and other community organizations.

The Local Marketing Coordinator will strategize appointment generation, track attendance metrics, and optimize employee participation while overseeing event collateral and inventory management. With a focus on efficiency and effectiveness, they establish and refine event standards, contributing to overall marketing initiatives as needed.

Duties And Responsibilities

Identify and attend opportunities for local and regional events aimed to increase awareness of The Good Feet Store and its brand.

Plan, coordinate, and execute end-to-end logistics and high quality, yet budget conscious presence at local and regional events.

Work with on-site 3rd party vendors to coordinate and ensure smooth and successful results.

Establish, implement and maintain project management tools for special events processes, including events calendar coordination.

Track attendance and participation, manage collection of assets and contacts, and facilitate appropriate follow-up from events.

Create tactics to generate appointment bookings at events. Develop opportunities to track appointments and follow up with no-shows.

Serve as a resource and primary source of contact for The Good Feet Store employees seeking to participate in more local events.

Manage events budget, evaluate results against goals, and generate learnings for improvement.

Assist in creating and distributing event collateral.

Coordinate all facets of events with marketing, store support, partners, and stores to help encourage maximum attendance.

Order and maintain inventory of marketing supplies, corporate collateral, and promotional items and ensure appropriate stock at events to advance brand building and support sales.

Develop standards and procedures for various marketing events, including establishing best practices for events.

Assist marketing team with special projects and initiatives as assigned.

Physical Requirements

Willing and able to travel at least one day a week.

Must have a driver’s license and a dedicated vehicle.

Prolonged standing, kneeling, bending, and looking at computer screens.
