Role OverviewOur client is seeking an experienced Senior Director of Brand Marketing to elevate their brand's visibility and contribute to its growth. This influential role is crucial in establishing a strong brand identity and broadening market reach. The ideal candidate will bring innovative thinking, a track record of accomplishments, and the ability to connect with consumers. If you have experience in developing and implementing comprehensive brand strategies, possess strong leadership skills, and can effectively collaborate across various functions, this role is an excellent fit for you.

Key Responsibilities- Develop brand foundations and sharp points that build consistency in the brand proposition, partnering closely with the creative services team.- Implement and develop ways of working that unify regional OBU's in strategy and tactics while offering agility to capitalize on regional opportunities.- Demonstrate expertise in a broad array of marketing channels and tactics to achieve growth in key sales channels, including DTC, digital, affiliate, wholesale, and retail.- Reimagine the global go-to-market process to better align product, marketing, creative, and channel strategies for omnichannel success.- Develop strategies for collaborations, partnerships, ambassadors, and KOLs to build a diverse organic community.- Build an always-on content strategy across all social media channels to grow community and drive engagement.- Lead internal and external teams in developing campaigns that reinforce positioning and attract new consumers.- Collaborate with key departmental leads to align and prioritize content and campaign execution.- Own and deploy a designated budget for branded content and campaigns.- Recruit, develop, and champion the global marketing team, creating an environment of fun and energy that builds brand culture.

Qualifications- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.- 12+ years of extensive experience in brand marketing, with a track record of developing and implementing high-level brand strategies.- Strong leadership and team management skills.- Excellent understanding of consumer behavior, market dynamics, and brand development principles.- Proven experience in collaborating with cross-functional teams on high-level marketing campaigns.- Creative thinker with the ability to translate ideas into effective marketing campaigns.- Executive presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Compensation- Competitive base salary range of $200,000 - $230,000, commensurate with experience- Performance-based annual bonus- Comprehensive benefits package including health, dental, vision, and 401(k)- Generous PTO policy

Location- Seattle, WA (Hybrid role)- Relocation is available
