The Director, Field Marketing - Commercial will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive marketing strategies tailored to the needs and growth of the North America Commercial business. This role requires strategic thinking with strong leadership skills, capable of driving growth, and ensuring the alignment of regional marketing initiatives with regional sales goals. This role will be responsible for designing and activating bottom-of-funnel marketing programs, designed to generate a healthy and sustainable pipeline for our Intelligent Agreement Management Platform.This position is a people manager role reporting to the Senior Director, North America Regional Marketing.ResponsibilityDevelop and implement regional marketing plans for North America to support stated sales goals and initiativesManage a team of regional field marketers, providing strategy, guidance and supportAnalyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer insights to identify growth opportunitiesCollaborate with the North America Commercial Sales team and cross-functional business partners to align marketing strategy, efforts, and needsOversee the execution of North America-specific marketing campaigns, including field events, promotions, conferences and partnershipsMonitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing initiatives targeting the Commercial business across all marketing functions, adjusting and directing strategies to meet targetsManage regional marketing budgets to ensure efficient use of resources and maximize ROIBuild and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including regional Sales leadership, partners, and customersStay informed about industry trends and standard processes to maintain a competitive edgeWhat you bring

Basic12+ years of marketing experienceExperience partnering with SaaS Sales ExecutivesProven track record of developing and executing successful regional marketing strategiesDemonstrated ability to lead and manage a high-performing teamExperience managing marketing budgets and delivering on financial targetsPreferredBS/BA degree or equivalent in marketing experienceProficiency in performance marketing tools and platformsAbility to thrive in a fast-paced environmentKnowledge of market dynamics and SaaS backgroundStrong project management skills and attention to detailExcellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skillsStrong analytical skills and the ability to transfer data into actionable insightsWage Transparency

Pay for this position is based on a number of factors including geographic location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.Based on applicable legislation, the below details pay ranges in the following locations:California: $171,500 - $277,025 base salaryIllinois and Colorado: $164,800 - $232,750 base salaryWashington and New York (including NYC metro area): $164,800 - $242,225 base salaryThis role is also eligible for bonus, equity and
