page to learn more about Tapestry's commitment to equity, inclusion, and diversity.Associate Manager, Global Brand CommunicationsBrand CommunicationsManage the collection and distribution of global communications tools and resources for both internal and external partnersDevelop and maintain asset tracker, timelines and communications calendar for campaign, key projects/ launchesLiaise with copy team on messaging for press materialsCreate, edit and route press materials for internal approvals including press releases, messaging documents, pitches, BTS assets, etc. to leadership and legal teamsAssist as department liaison with international market PRs, communicating brand standards, obligations and deadlines effectively to ensure consistency across Global PR strategy and messagingOversee, track and route market press requests including PR press plans, regional assets, PR event plans, etc. - identify key cross-functional partners for international initiatives and foster communicationExecutive CommunicationsSupport in executing communications strategy building senior leadership profiles and brand recognitionResearch and vet thought leadership opportunities including speaking engagements, podcasts, interviews, awards, etc.Develop briefing documents and award submission applicationsWork with market PR counterparts on local opportunities for brand/executive press, tracking and coordinating opportunities with executive travelCraft / develop pitches, support storytellingInternal CommunicationsWork with Tapestry Internal Communications Team to provide updates and ensure Coach messaging is being communicated across appropriate channels including newsletters and company social media channelsManage updates of internal presentations and orchestration documents leveraging data and insights to measure communications impact for projectsCompetencies:Bachelor's degree and 4-6 years of PR experience requiredStrong executive presence, with a proven track record of working with senior level executives and C-suiteAbility to work independently and confidently while paying close attention to detailStrong writing communications skills, with a proven track record of developing and delivering multi-channel communications preferredPress relationships / contacts with business, industry and marketing media titlesBasic finance knowledge and analytical skills in order to present impactful data to stakeholdersExperience and proficiency with media monitoring tools (LaunchMetrics experience preferred)Highly organized with the ability to juggle multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced environmentAbility to collaborate with and influence internal and external partnersSelf-starter with strong initiative, ownership and accountability for businessAbility to work efficiently in a high-pressure, fast-paced, deadline-driven environmentHighly engaged in the fashion world; continually keep up on news and happenings in the industry to drive ideas for CoachProficiency in Excel and PowerPoint, experience creating impactful presentationsOur Competencies for All EmployeesCourage : Doesn't hold back anything that needs to be said; provides current, direct, complete, and "actionable" positive and corrective feedback to others; lets people know where they stand; faces up to people problems on any person or situation (not including direct reports) quickly and directly; is not afraid to take negative action when necessary.Creativity : Comes up with a lot of new and unique ideas; easily makes connections among previously unrelated notions; tends to be seen as original and value-added in brainstorming settings.Customer Focus:
