That means you can work at home, the office (or wherever), but will be available to attend planned and impromptu agency or client meetings in person when needed or when we want to collaborate.Duties/Responsibilities:Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present findings and recommendations to diverse audiences.Proactive and detail-oriented mindset, with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.Passion for staying ahead of industry trends and learning new digital marketing techniques.Develop and execute data-driven strategies for optimizing ad placements across paid digital channels, including SEM, PPC, display advertising, social media advertising, and programmatic advertising.Collaborate with internal teams and third-party agency partners to understand campaign goals, target audience, and key performance indicators (KPIs).Utilize advanced analytics tools and techniques to collect, analyze, and interpret data from multiple sources, such as ad platforms, web analytics, and customer databases.Identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights from data analysis to continually improve ad placement strategies and maximize campaign performance.Monitor and optimize campaign performance metrics, including click-through rates (CTRs), conversion rates, cost per click (CPC), and return on ad spend (ROAS).Provide clear and concise reports on campaign performance, insights, and recommendations to internal stakeholders and agency partners.Collaborate closely with creative teams to align ad creatives with optimized ad placements, ensuring a consistent brand message and visual appeal.Stay updated with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies related to paid digital marketing, ad platforms, and analytics.Identify opportunities to leverage new tools and methodologies for ad placement optimization and campaign enhancement.Build strong relationships with internal teams and agency partners, effectively communicating insights, recommendations, and campaign updates.Qualifications that will make you stand outMust be able to work on multiple projects simultaneouslyThe skills to read between the lines of data/reportingThe ability to take ownership and lead projectsStrong knowledge and experience of current digital paid media platforms.Agency Experience is preferred but not requiredRequirementsBachelor's degree in marketing, advertising, business, or a related field. A master's degree is a plus.5+ years of experience in paid digital marketing and ad placement optimization, preferably within an ad agency or digital marketing environment.Proficient knowledge of major paid digital advertising platforms, such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, LinkedIn Advertising, programmatic platforms, and ad servers.Strong proficiency in data analysis and visualization tools.Experience working with Google Analytics and Looker Data StudioAbility to implement tags and scripts and set up event tracking within Google Tag ManagerBachelor's degree in marketing, advertising, communications or related fieldStrong written and verbal communication skills with a base understanding of AP Style.Ability to create presentation decks in Keynote/Google SlidesExperience working in an agency environment.Strong presentation skills.Interested in applying?Tell us your story and what you can bring to the team by sending your resume, cover letter and link to your portfolio to careers@
