Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Marketing Leadership:

Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy that aligns with Craft Health's overall business objectives and growth targets.

Oversee the marketing strategies for all sub-brands, ensuring a cohesive and integrated approach across Craft Body Scan, Craft Concierge, Craft Medical, and Tulsa Accident Care Center.

Lead the strategic execution of marketing plans, monitoring and adjusting tactics based on market trends, competitive analysis, and customer insights.

Brand Management and Positioning:

Enhance and maintain the brand equity and recognition of each sub-brand within the Craft Health portfolio.

Develop and execute brand management strategies to differentiate Craft Health and its sub-brands in the marketplace, ensuring consistent brand messaging and positioning across all marketing channels.

Promote internal brand advocacy to ensure all employees are aligned with the brand's vision, mission, and values.

Media and Digital Marketing Oversight:

Manage and oversee all traditional and digital media efforts, including radio, TV spots, digital assets, and more.

Collaborate with digital media partners to optimize digital campaigns and enhance online presence.

Oversee web management, digital/e-commerce strategies, and direct marketing programs to drive customer acquisition and retention.

Team Leadership and Development:

Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing marketing team, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.

Build and grow an in-house marketing team as Craft Health continues to expand, ensuring the team is equipped with the skills and resources needed to succeed.

Provide leadership and guidance to marketing staff, promoting professional growth and development.

Lead Generation and Demand Generation:

Develop and execute strategies to generate consistent lead generation and demand generation efforts.

Track and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns, making data-informed decisions to optimize results.

Ensure marketing efforts drive measurable growth and ROI.

Budget Management and Financial Oversight:

Work with leadership to establish and manage the marketing budgets for all sub-brands, ensuring efficient allocation of resources to maximize ROI.

Monitor and control marketing expenditures, staying within budgetary constraints while achieving strategic objectives.

Provide financial rationale for marketing initiatives, ensuring a balance between cost efficiency and growth potential.

Partnerships and Collaborations:

Develop and maintain strategic partnerships and collaborations to enhance marketing efforts and drive growth.

Foster relationships with key stakeholders, including media partners, vendors, and community organizations.

Leverage partnerships to amplify marketing reach and impact.

Corporate Communications and Public Relations:

Oversee corporate communications and PR efforts, building and maintaining a positive public image.

Oversee strategic PR campaigns to elevate the Craft Health brand and its sub-brands.

Serve as the primary spokesperson for Craft Health and its sub-brands in media interactions, ensuring consistent and positive representation.

Brand Performance Metrics and Analytics:

Establish and monitor brand performance metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of marketing strategies.

Utilize analytics to drive data-informed decision-making and continuous improvement.

Provide regular reports to the executive team on marketing performance and strategic insights for each of the sub-brands.

Customer Experience Enhancement:

Develop and implement strategies to enhance the customer experience across all touchpoints.

Collaborate with customer service teams to ensure a seamless and positive customer journey.

Continuously seek opportunities to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.

Minimum of 20 years of experience in marketing, with at least 10 years in a senior leadership role.

Proven track record of success in managing media partner relationships and executing comprehensive media plans.

Strong background in direct marketing programs, web management, digital/e-commerce management, and strategic pricing programs.

Excellent strategic planning and execution skills, with a deep understanding of integrated marketing approaches.

Exceptional leadership and team management skills, with a focus on collaboration and innovation.

Strong analytical skills and experience with marketing metrics and KPIs.

Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders.

Demonstrated business acumen and budget management experience, with the ability to balance cost efficiency and growth potential.

Experience in brand management, corporate communications, and PR, with a focus on building and maintaining a positive public image.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $200,000.00 - $400,000.00 per year
