Apex Systems is helping a popular bank hire a Senior UX/UI Designer.Location - 3 days a week in Kennesaw, GADuration - 12-24 month contractPay - 60+/hr W2 starting pay and flexible depending on experienceTop Requirements:-strong background in end to end UX design (various types of research, user testing, wireframing, high-low prototyping, strong/quick use of Figma, understanding of visual design and how that is important)-Banking experience with authenticated sign on would be huge plus!-strong written and verbal communication will be required as it is a huge part of the day to dayOfficial Responsibilities/JD:Following is a summary of the essential functions for this job. Specific activities may change from time to time.Lead design activities in cross-functional development teams to create industry leading experiences for our clients, teammates and the business.Participate in design driven programs to define insights, create solutions and advocate for client needs.Design and deliver artifacts across a variety of environments.Strong knowledge of design standards, industry guidelines, and best practices with the ability to push beyond to uncover new and distinctive solutions.Consult and collaborate with talented teams in a supportive, complex environment and develop an understanding of broader organizational context and goals.Use storytelling and persuasion techniques that build trust with partners and establish long-term relationships.Stay current on trends, theories, methods and processes.
