The candidate will support the Global Architectural Marketing Communications Engagement team through activities such as executing team needs, maintaining project timelines, and documentation.The candidate will support the Global Architectural Marketing Communications Engagement team across a range of activities such as, but not limited to:Executing various team needs, including meeting planning, assisting project management, and various administrative tasksParticipating in various project and team meetings as needed, taking and reporting out organized notes and next stepsDeveloping competency in Workfront: creating templates, setting up and maintaining projects, setting up and editing reporting and dashboardsMaintaining project timelines via Excel, Workfront, and JIRA as needed or assignedDeveloping and maintaining other project documentation as requiredProvide ongoing status updates to the Marcom Engagement team and other Marketing Communications team members as needed throughout projects

FORMAL EDUCATION:Required:

Minimum high school education or equivalentMust be actively pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Project Management, Communications or equivalent

Preferred:

Completion of a business project management course or similarDemonstrated leadership involvement in extracurricular activities on campus or in the communityCurrently in Junior or Senior yearMinimum 3.0 GPA

KNOWLEDGE & EXPERIENCE:Required:

Demonstrated leadership involvement in extracurricular activities on campus or in the communityMust be able to work 15-20 hours per week (2-3 days) with flexibility based on school scheduleStrong Microsoft tools experience (Teams, SharePoint, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)

Preferred:

Strong written and verbal communication skillsExcellent planning and organizational skills with strong attention to detailFlexibility to deal with changing duties and prioritiesAbility to self-manage to deadlinesAn eagerness to learn and develop new or enhanced skillsAbility and interest in building collaborative working relationships

TECHNICAL/SKILL REQUIREMENTS:Required:

Proficient in Outlook, Word, Excel, SharePoint, and PowerPoint.Ability to learn new technology systems like Office 365 and invoicing systems.Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, client-centric environment.Possesses strong organizational and time management skills.Ability to proactively act, prioritize, and plan work activities; adapt to changing conditions.

Preferred:

Experience with Coupa, Workfront, Trello, JIRA, or Microsoft Project
