They will drive the selection of interior finishes to meet project deadlines and provide options and solutions in line with the client's goals, budgets, and expectations.The essential functions include, but are not limited to the following:Collaborate with architectural designers to inform and develop key elements of the project while also troubleshooting potential problems associated with client goals and selectionsMeet with architectural designer and client to understand the overall project, goals, timelines, and budgetsPrepare, organize, and lead all client selection meetingsAssist in the request-for-proposal process by preparing and communicating with vendors and suppliersDevelop detail interior design package including the specification of materials, fixtures, and finishes while coordinating with dealers and manufacturers to meet client and project goalsConduct client presentations and work with external consultants, product representatives, dealers, and fabricatorsRequirements:

Minimum Qualifications (Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities):Bachelor's degree in Interior DesignFive years minimum experience in interior design and residential remodelingExcellent organization, communication, and command of office and interior design softwarePhysical Demands and Work Environment:The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this position.
