Job Summary:
The graphic designer will work as part of an award-winning design team on projects including print publications, digital and media assets, product development and packaging, trade shows and events, both physical and virtual.
Required Skills/Abilities:Expert with Adobe InDesign, Photoshop and IllustratorHigh level page layout/design skills (flyers, brochures, booklets, ads), as demonstrated in an electronic portfolio submitted along with resume.Skills and experience in designing for social/digital/online media.Duties/Responsibilities:
Being an innovative thinker and agile problem solver with the ability to work independentlyWorking within teams to conceptualize, design and produce marketing and communications materials for digital and printAssisting in building a stronger team by developing relationships and utilizing excellent communication skillsShowing attention to detail by ensuring brand consistency of visual identity across media/platformsManaging your time to meet deadline and execute numerous projects simultaneouslyCoordinating with vendors on projects from quotes through deliveryAbility to work full-time, on-site at our Nicholasville, Ky Campus. This is not a remote position.Supervisory Responsibilities:

BA or BFA in Graphic Design or related field5 years’ professional experience as a graphic designerExpert with Adobe InDesign, Photoshop and IllustratorHigh level page layout/design skills (flyers, brochures, booklets, ads)Digital skills/experienceExperience producing PowerPoint presentationsExperience designing for social media and digital advertising (including GIFs)Physical Requirements:
Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computerMust be able to lift 15 pounds at timesMust be able to access and navigate each department at the organization's facilities
