Minimum Requirements:Administrative office experience in a fast-paced environmentHS DiplomaProficient with MS Office Suite and CRM systemsStrong organizational skills and attention to detailExcellent communication skills, both verbal and writtenAbility to thrive in a "time-sensitive" environment and adapt to changes without affecting work qualityKey Responsibilities:
Develop, manage, and execute print, social media, and email marketing campaignsCreate promotional content and materials for various marketing initiativesSupport in organizing and promoting events, ensuring effective client and vendor communicationMaintain and update the company's online presence, including website content and social media profilesCollaborate with the team to enhance marketing strategies and initiativesOther Responsibilities:
Answer phones and greet clients in a friendly, warm mannerEnsure vendor supplies are stocked for client meetingsRecord notes from client conversations accuratelyEnter and maintain databases of clients and prospectsManage filing systems and maintain an organized office environmentProvide general administrative support and backup for other positions as neededOther duties as assignedSalary:
$17/hr.-$20/hr. BOEBenefits:

Monday-Friday, 8:30am-5:00pm
