PAY RANGE: $130,000.00 - $150,000.00 /yr*

*compensation varies based on geography, skills, experience, and tenure

The Creative Director is direct support to the SVP of Marketing and functions as a creative mind and project manager all in one. This role will assist with creative design concepts, managing campaigns, and conducting research.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Work closely with the SVP of Marketing to develop concepts and creative direction for marketing materials and campaignsInterpret the Marketing vision to make conceptual and stylistic decisions for campaigns and projectsCreate layouts, mockups, and prototypes to illustrate design ideas to team members and managementDirect and provide organization of multiple projects simultaneouslyFoster growth and manage a team within the photography, cinematography, and creative spaceCreate timelines and oversee design and creative direction ensuring all deadlines are metResponsible for directing shoots in all aspects when the SVP of Marketing is not on siteManage and troubleshoot issues that arise involving campaigns and projects to maintain the vision and scheduleReview and edit final products before presenting them to the SVP of MarketingRecommend new innovative concepts for campaigns and projects based on the latest trends and social media fadsIdentify the intended audience to create the best strategies for reaching that population while maintaining brand guidelines and corporate branding standardsCollaborate with all creative branches, including social media, production, and copywriting, to bring visions to life. Support marketing efforts, direct, and execute creatives when needed including photography, filming, and editing of projects.Demonstrates high level of quality work, attendance and appearance.Demonstrates high degree of professionalism in communication, attitude and teamwork with customers, peers and management.Adhere to all local, federal and state laws in addition to Company policies, procedures, and practices.Performs any other duties that may be assigned by management.
