The Marketing Specialist will support the marketing team with essential operational tasks that ensure smooth execution of marketing campaigns and initiatives. This role is ideal for someone who is highly organized, enjoys working with data, and is eager to learn about various aspects of marketing processes and strategies.
Key Responsibilities:Lead Routing & List Cleaning:
Manage and clean lead lists to ensure accurate and efficient lead routing within our CRM system.Gifting Platform Support:
Assist in the management of our gifting platform, ensuring timely and appropriate distribution of gifts to clients and prospects.Email Inbox Monitoring : Monitor and manage the marketing email inbox, responding to inquiries and forwarding relevant messages to the appropriate team members.Campaign Support : Assist in the execution and tracking of marketing campaigns, including setting up campaigns in our marketing automation platform, generating reports, and providing general support to the marketing team.Event Marketing Support : Support the events team with event logistics, lead delivery, and planning.Marketing Research:
Conduct research to support marketing strategies, including competitive analysis, target audience list building, market trends, and customer insights.We'd love to chat if you have:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.2 years of experience in a marketing support or operations role is preferred.Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.Familiarity with CRM and marketing automation tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Marketo) is a plus.Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).Strong analytical skills and the ability to work with data.Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.The estimated base salary range for this role is noted below for our office location in Draper, UT. Additionally, this role is eligible to participate in BILL's bonus and equity plan. Our ranges for each role and job level are based on a variety of factors including candidate experience, expertise, and geographic location and may vary from the amounts listed above. The role is also eligible for a competitive benefits package that includes: medical, dental, vision, life and disability insurance, 401(k) retirement plan, flexible spending & health savings account, paid holidays, paid time off, and other company benefits.
