What You Will Do
As a key member of the Product Design Team, you will be responsible for delivering business critical visual experiences to empower our Enterprise Stakeholders and end users. Your work will enable companies to leverage the Moveworks AI Platform to support their employees in many creative ways.
You are a self-driven designer that is constantly thinking about how experiences function and are perceived, as much as how it should look. You enjoy turning complex technical workflows and tasks into delightful magical experiences.
This role will constantly challenge you to identify the biggest pain movers for Enterprise product visual designs. You will work alongside the best in class product designers, product managers, and engineering teams. This is a great opportunity to play an integral role at the fastest-growing AI startup in its space, if you are looking for a well rounded visual designer role.Work in a cross-functional team to inspire, define and build delightful visual designs and enrich established design systems for product experiencesRapidly produce strong conceptual and expressive design that is engaging and reflect a cohesive visual style and toneSeek out creative opportunities to improve on existing style(s) and approachExecute on product experiences from developers and admins to all end users, with implications across product boundaries of other platformsInspire your teammates, give and receive feedback, and critique respectfullyContribute to evolving design systems and processes to scale production effortsWhat You Bring To The TableA proven ability to imagine innovative visual experiences on multiple high velocity projectsExperience designing visual UI systems as well as creating graphic design elements from illustrations to iconographyStrong story-telling skills to convey proposed designs clearly and persuasively across different audiencesKnowledge in digital product design, spec design, and asset production, proficiency with design tools like Figma. Ideally with experiences building Design Systems in the pastExperience with time management, task prioritization, and identifying problems and work towards solutionsAbove all, insatiable curiosity and a growth mindset.
