Position Summary

Stretch Zone wants to hire a Studio Sales Manager who will be responsible for selling memberships, operating a wellness studio, and driving the overall growth in the business. The Sales Manager will generate leads through community outreach and referrals and/or engage existing or company-driven leads to drive membership sales, book appointments through outbound calls and texts, and enroll members. The ideal person for this role will oversee sales for the studios, be a team leader, have a passion for helping others through health and fitness, and most importantly, be a great representative of the Stretch Zone brand. To be considered for this position, you must have high-energy, proven and demonstrated sales skills ability; possess an extroverted personality, and be a strong motivator. Ideally, you will have prior experience in sales, marketing, and building business growth. While preferred, experience within the fitness industry is not required. However, sales experience, first-rate people skills, emotional intelligence and a self-motivated work ethic are paramount for this position.

If selected the applicant must be able to complete two weeks of training where they will learn our modalities as well as how to manage a location. Key Duties & ResponsibilitiesBuild and maintain client relations, leads and/or new prospects to drive business growth at the studioMaintain a personal commitment to meeting the needs of customers through stretch appointments and consultationsMaintain a high level of member engagementProactively pursue new business and sales opportunitiesCall leads to obtain bookings for demos. Calls are necessary. If you are not comfortable making calls this is not the position for youMeet and exceed KPIs and sales targetsEnsure the studio is meeting Weekly/Monthly sales goalsSolve problems for clients and customers by developing innovative and tailored sales solutionsBook quality appointments to achieve monthly sales quota and follow-up with leads and missed demo sessionsOversee the activities and performance of the sales teamMaintain an acceptable level of personal sales production and studio sales goalsConduct effective grass roots and community marketing events and follow up on leadsSell membershipsAssist the Regional Manager or Studio Owner with the team's sales process and lead generation, follow up, and closeConduct demos of our stretches while establishing a relationship and targeting an individual's needs and wantsFoster member retentionPerform multiple-member retention tasks regularly (i.e., satisfaction calls and Lost Sheep calls)Work with internal team members and/or departments to engage audiences and clients more deeplyFollow organizational policies and regulations that affect the Sales functionOversee the studio operationsPerform daily studio cleaning and maintenance tasksMaintain the day-to-day upkeep of the facilityPossess deep knowledge of Stretch Zone's service offering and value propositionBe a brand ambassador and reflect company values at all timesDevelop and motivate the team in sales skills and lead generationLove what you do!Qualifications

About Stretch Zone: Stretch Zone is the world's leading source and educator for today's advanced practitioner-assisted stretching, built to provide performance enhancement modalities for health practitioners, massage therapists, trainers and athletes alike, Stretch Zone Method is a proven course of innovative stretching techniques.

Compensation: $30,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year

Most stretching methodologies try to wait out, overpower, trick, or ignore the stretch reflex. The proven way to increase performance and mobility is to work with the stretch reflex with the revolutionary techniques available through the Stretch Zone® Methodology (SZM). The SZM Practitioner identifies any postural and movement limitations, then tries to correct or mitigate them through specific applied stretching sessions. With a balanced system the customer will reach their true maximum potential, whether they are an professional athlete, weekend warrior, couch potato, or suffering from chronic pain or illness.

As a minimum prerequisite to SZM we recommend a personal training certification in ACE, NASM, ACSM, NSCA or NCSF and/or a license in therapeutic massage or other accredited body work.
