SKILLSBachelor's degree.Must have at least two years of event planning experience.Excellent communication skills.Ability to manage a number of activities to meet tight deadlines.Ability to travel 20% of the time, including weekends.Easily adapt to ever-changing circumstancesResponsibilities:
Responsible for assisting the organization with the execution of all regional trade shows and events for our fast-paced Healthcare IT company.Research and target appropriate trade shows to achieve lead goals.Assist the Marketing team in achieving revenue targets within the assigned specialties.Ensure the Marketing team has the right mix of events to support company objectives for increased market share and brand awareness.Measure and track event leads for ROI analysis through SalesForce.Track event expenses and manage perspective event budget.Coordinate pre- and post-show planning logistics for the event.Procure promotional materials for marketing campaigns and events.Support various marketing activities as required.Administrative tasks as assigned.
