We're looking to further accelerate our growth by bringing on a world-class Growth Marketing Lead at Tines. This role focuses on generating pipeline and accelerating revenue growth, through a combination of always-on digital programs, lifecycle marketing, and digital experience optimization.

This is a remote position, with the employee required to be located in an EST state in North America. We have a strong preference for the greater Boston area where our US HQ is located.

What you'll do:

Build an always-on growth marketing engine which sources pipeline and accelerates revenue growth.Lead a team of marketers that can operate with autonomy.Grow and activate our freemium product user base to provide the sales team with qualified leads and opportunities.Optimize Tines.com as a lead source continuously analyzing website and campaign data to identify opportunities for conversion rate optimization and SEO improvements.Lead our 'always-on' paid advertising efforts to maximize audience engagement and cost-per-acquisition efficiency.Develop automated strategies for customer acquisition and database engagement, partnering with XDR, marketing, product, operations, and sales.Run and oversee experiments to convert leads via tools, emails, ads, and direct mail - you will generate ideas, define targeting, write copy, and scale the winners.Implement and manage an appropriate tech stack and data architecture necessary to support growth initiatives.Be the in-house technical growth expert on the team collaborating closely with colleagues in Demand Gen, Field Marketing, Brand and Content.What We're Looking For:

8+ years of growth marketing, growth product, or adjacent experience in a B2B/SaaS technology environment.Direct experience with product-led growth or sales-assist motions.A data-driven mindset - you instrument and evangelize a data-driven approach to marketing.A hacker's mindset. You constantly search for unique and efficient scaling methods, even when they defy conventional tactics.At least 2 years of people management experience and a strong track record of external partner management.Bias for speed. You thrive in a fast-paced environment , can juggle competing priorities and are able to set and maintain a high pace, inspiring your team to keep upStrong communication and writing skills. You are an excellent communicator and can produce excellent written and presentation content and collaborate with others to do the same.Willing to roll up your sleeves. You are willing and prepared to dive in and drive projects forward through hands-on involvement and through close collaboration with cross functional partners.
