The Family Care SBD Shelf Analyst is a critical member of the SBD team, helping to develop the future of the in-store experience for the shopper while helping the sales field execute a superior retail experience today. The analyst's key responsibilities include building planograms and keeping gold standards up to date for and with the field.

Lead in-store planogram concept design by creating planograms using shelf software.

Provide planogram and analytical support to priority customer teams to prepare for successful selling calls. This is a holistic category consultant to teams with shelf and assortment projects focusing on shopper, SBD principles, Shopper Segmentation and financial payout.

Single point owner for all SBD planograms to include creating planograms and SBD principle design documents that will be placed in Salesbook. Ownership of planogram creation and maintenance at Crossvine.

Collaborate with MS&P/Category to provide upstream input for FMOT and shelf elements.

Collaborate with counterparts in SBD to help provide support and information needed for new initiative launches, segmentation needs, etc.

Participate in share & reapply sessions to facilitate cross training opportunities.

Help support the field GA/CDMs by leading Capability Development.

Key research partner, Key partner for virtual, Execution & Support, POG/MOD.

Assist with PO creation and budget management.

Job Qualifications

High School Diploma, GED or equivalent

Experience in planogram building with Space Planning software

Experience with maintaining content on internal site like SalesBook

Understanding or interest in shopper based design and shopper psychology

Detail-oriented and organized

Strong listening and communications skills, face-to-face and virtually

Willingness to learn or existing familiarity with job-specific technology

Problem-solving competence and eagerness to troubleshoot when necessary

Process-driven and able to follow procedures in an organized and efficient way

Project management skills to ensure accountability and quality from contract partners

Comfort in basic analytics including competency in excel
