Job Summary: The Sales Manager directs and manages the organization's Marketing, Sales, and Customer Service activities, focusing on strategic growth and customer satisfaction. Candidates with filtration industry experience are highly preferred. Travel is requiered - Domestic and International. Qualifications:

A successful candidate must be able to perform each essential duty to a high standard. The requirements below represent the necessary knowledge, skills, and abilities.

Education and Experience:

A degree in Business Marketing or a related field, or 4-10 years of relevant experience and/or training, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

Language Skills:

Ability to read, analyze, and interpret scientific and technical journals.

Ability to respond to customer inquiries or complaints, regulatory agencies, or business community members.

Ability to write presentations and articles for publication that adhere to prescribed styles and formats.

Ability to present information effectively to top management, public groups, and boards of directors.

Mathematical Skills:

Ability to mathematical concepts such as fractions, percentages, ratios, and proportions to practical situations.

Ability to perform metric conversions.

Computer Skills:

Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Salesforce, and ERP systems.

Reasoning Ability:

Ability to define problems, gather data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions.

Ability to interpret extensive technical instructions and manage complex abstract and concrete variables.

salary: $70,000 - $85,000 per year

Responsibilities

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Develop and execute national and international sales strategies to meet corporate goals.

Identify new markets and drive product promotions.

Monitor competitors and collaborate with advertising agencies.

Manage sales channels, set sales territories, quotas, and goals.

Meet or exceed sales targets and maintain key client relationships.

Interface with Engineering to stay current on product regulations.

Coordinate between sales and other departments.

Manage accounts receivable and oversee the sales and customer service teams.

Handle staffing, training, and performance evaluations.

Travel as required, including international trips.

Supervisory Responsibilities:

Oversee sales personnel and customer service staff, including performance evaluations.
