Join us in making financial clarity accessible to every ambitious company.About the RoleWe're seeking a skilled Part-Time Marketing Manager (between 10-20 hrs per week) to join our team and support our digital marketing efforts. The position salary is between $40.00 and $45.00 an hour depending on experience.

This role requires a versatile professional with a strong background in content creation, SEO, and digital marketing analytics tools. You will work closely with the company’s Marketing Director to execute on numerous initiatives related to lead generation, content marketing, lead nurturing and SEO.The successful candidate is a self-starter who has excellent communication and organizational skills. They are able to balance multiple priorities and solve problems dynamically.RequirementsKey ResponsibilitiesCreate engaging content for biweekly newsletters and 3+ social media posts per weekPerform light editing of various marketing materialsManage and optimize WordPress-based marketing initiativesUtilize HubSpot for workflow management, email marketing, and reporting and improvement around MQLs and SQlsImplement SEO best practices and copywriting techniquesConduct conversion rate optimization experiments and prepare comprehensive reports, providing strategic recommendations for optimization and improvement.Utilizes Google Analytics 4 (GA4) and other platforms to analyze campaign performance, track KPIs, and generate actionable insights.Analyze Microsoft Clarity data and present actionable insightsPerform basic video editing tasksQualificationsExcellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.·
