Senior UI/UX Developer
Salt Lake City, UT (hybrid)
6month contract to hire
Pay Range: $50.00 - $65.00per hr / Salary Target: $100k - $125K
Job Description:
Our client is seeking a dedicated Senior UI/UX Developer to join their team and help design and develop high-quality, next-generation software solutions. In this role, you will turn wireframes and designs into functional, visually optimized user experiences that are accessible and efficient across all devices and platforms. You'll balance aesthetics with functionality, integrating frontend design seamlessly with backend technologies. Responsibilities include creating wireframes, prototypes, and user flows, conducting research, setting up information architecture, and collaborating closely with Product Owners to translate user feedback into developed design elements.
Required Skills:
- 5+ years of expertise in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, C++ and other UI/UX related technologies
- Expertise taking a design made in platforms like Figma and turn them into code
- Ability to take a standalone application and transform its GUI into a web-based design
- Experience with Ruby, PHP, Java, XHTML, Dot Net, Ajax, and others
- Flash, Photoshop, and Adobe Illustrator
- Understanding of Restful APIs of social networking websites
- Experience with content management systems like , , Joomla, WooCommerce, and others.
- Understanding of SEO
- Python, Django, Flask
- API Drive Development experience
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or other related field
