Job Description

As a

Resort Marketing Manager

you will be responsible for co-leading a team that provides marketing strategy and support for all on-site property venues and corporate teams. This includes developing strategies, supporting initiatives and assisting in technical signage and promotional collateral for nationwide resorts and venues (such as restaurants, spas, and water parks) ensure a consistent message in advertising, brand presence, and increased engagement.

You will be responsible for:

Brand Monitoring: Responsible for monitoring the brand’s identity in marketing campaigns.

Creative Direction: Provide creative direction to ensure design fits brand identity with accomplishing client/marketing objective.

Content Creation: Oversee the creation of compelling visual assets including graphic designs, copywriting, photography, and signage that effectively communicate brand messaging, values, and marketing objective.

Project Management: Responsible for overseeing multiple projects with similar deadlines both within team and direct tasks. Ability to identify crucial risks in project and overcome any obstacles in meeting deadlines.

Quality Control: Maintain high standards of quality and consistency across all creative deliverables, conducting regular property walks and providing constructive feedback to ensure alignment with brand standards, product selection and quality of output. Partners with corporate teams to ensure resort information is accurate throughout company.

Team Management: Co-lead team of coordinators and project management professionals to foster a collaborative and innovative work environment.

Vendor Management: Cultivate and manage relationships with vendors to ensure timely delivery of services and adherence to project requirements and budget constraints.

Partner Management: Cultivate and manage relationships with key external partners to ensure sponsorships, revenue generation and new initiatives to engage our on-property audience.

Co-leading team in mentoring, counseling, and low-level discipline.

Qualifications:Qualifications

Minimum of 4 years’ experience in Advertising

Minimum of 4 years’ experience in Project Management

Or Combination equaling the required experience within Advertising and Project Management

Minimum of 4 years’ experience in Leadership Role overseeing a team

Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Advertising, Visual Arts or Communication
