Position Overview:

We are seeking a Social Media Specialist with at least 3 years of experience to manage and enhance our social media presence. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of innovative social media strategies, strong reporting skills, and the ability to engage audiences across multiple platforms. Please note: A portfolio showcasing your previous social media and content creation work is required for application.

Important Information:

Please be advised that this position would be onsite at our Headquarters in Rosemont, IL, and is not a Hybrid or Remote role.This position will require day trips and overnight travel to our other Midwest offices roughly twice per month.Key Responsibilities:

Social Media Strategy & Management:

Develop, implement, and manage our social media strategy across platforms including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, and others.Create engaging content tailored to different social media channels, ensuring brand consistency and voice.Monitor, respond to, and engage with followers and fans to foster a strong online community.Innovation & Content Creation:

Stay current with social media trends, tools, and best practices to drive innovation and create compelling content.Create and manage engaging content tailored to various social media platforms.Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute campaigns that align with marketing objectives.Experiment with new formats, tools, and strategies to enhance engagement and expand reach.Reporting & Analysis:

Track, analyze, and report on key social media metrics and performance indicators.Provide actionable insights and recommendations based on data analysis to optimize social media strategies.Prepare regular reports for stakeholders to demonstrate the impact of social media efforts on business goals.Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.Minimum of 2 years of experience in social media management or a similar role.Proven experience with social media platforms, tools, and analytics.Strong understanding of social media trends, algorithms, and best practices.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Creative mindset with the ability to generate innovative ideas and content.Strong analytical skills with experience in reporting and data interpretation.Preferred Skills:

Experience with social media advertising and paid campaigns.Familiarity with social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer).Basic graphic design skills or experience with design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Canva).
