Job Description Summary
As Associate Marketing Manager, you will support the execution of the US B2B business strategy to drive significant 3-year revenue growth across the pharma segment. B2B is a key initiative for the MDS (Medication Delivery Solutions) Business Unit and hence, provides multiple growth opportunities.You will collaborate closely with pharmaceutical industry customers, MDS US region, global platforms, and business units such as BD Pharmaceutical Systems and BD Biosciences to create a robust business opportunity pipelineThe successful candidate will need to demonstrate the ability to work in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment with little supervision. Resourcefulness and the ability to successfully manage multiple priorities are key. This role is an excellent opportunity to demonstrate business acumen and customer management skills setting the stage for future sales, marketing, or business leadership roles.

with us.With the increasing drug development pipeline, the BD MDS pharmaceuticals business is expected to grow at a fast pace providing opportunities to drive impactful resultsKey responsibilities will include:Uncover business potential and inform business strategy for MDS services and products by identifying relevant drugs in commercial launch or clinical trial phasesEnsure fiscal year US pharma financial expectations are met or exceeded in addition to securing a strong opportunity pipeline realizable across the next 3 yearsCapture market trends to enable penetration and market conversion·Qualify and develop inbound leads into opportunities and transition to account management/sales teams·Provide direction to sales team to develop outbound leads through key account stakeholder mapping and partnership with teams at different BD business unitsDevelop and monitor a lead to opportunity conversion dashboard and present to the US & Global B2B teamsAbout you:
To be successful in this role, you will possess:Bachelor’s Degree is required. Master’s Degree is preferred·Minimum of 3 years’ experience in marketing or sales. Previous customer facing experience is preferredBasic knowledge of B2B environment and understanding of the pharmaceuticals and med tech industry is preferredExperience in demonstrating success in executing key initiatives is requiredAbility to synthesize data and provide recommendations is required·Strong listening and communication skills·Ability to travel :10%Ability to work in the Franklin Lakes, NJ headquarters office 3 days per weekFor certain roles at BD, employment is contingent upon the Company’s receipt of sufficient proof that you are fully vaccinated against COVID-19.
