This role is pivotal in ensuring the quality and effectiveness of the creative output, with a focus on making health more human. The successful candidate will be a conceptual leader, responsible for setting and maintaining high standards in content development, and will work in collaboration with a CD/Art partner. Key responsibilities include creating campaigns that transcend single channels, leading the development of a brand style guide, and being a major presence in pitches. The role demands a deep understanding of the industry, the ability to contribute to both copy and visual expression, and a talent for drawing the audience in with the energy of an idea. The ideal candidate for the Creative Director (Copy) position at the company will have a minimum of 10 years' experience in marketing and advertising communications, with at least 4 years in a management role. Experience in writing for HCPs and a solid understanding of the drug development and commercialization process are essential. The role requires a candidate with strong business acumen, organizational, analytical, and interpersonal communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively to deliver excellent results.
