Our Marketing Assistants’ work side by side with our marketing Management team to analyze our clients marketing principles and distribute their message to target audiences. Our Marketing Assistant team has various skills including communication, creativity, problem solving, adaptability, and public speaking skills that are imperative to the position.Marketing Assistant Responsibilities:Support the leadership team by creating strategies and assisting in research efforts to keep up with the latest marketing trendsParticipate in direct marketing presentations and campaigns regarding client brand awarenessStrengthen lasting relationships with Management, clients, and suppliersAssist the marketing Management team by maintaining the sales success, client brand recognition, and reputationTrack marketing and sales performance on the effectiveness of campaigns and report to upper level managementTake part in the innovation of ideas for the marketing plans intended to enhance and grow the company’s brand and client revenueMarketing Assistant Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications or related field preferred1-2 years experience in marketing, customer service, or sales preferredProven leaderships, communication, and collaboration skillsProsper in a high-energy and team-oriented environmentEager to learn, self-motivated, and enthusiasticMust be able to commute to the office and within a 15 mile radius of the officePerks of being a Marketing Assistant:Hands on training and development program including marketing and client informationCollaborative and friendly work environmentAdvancement opportunitiesBusiness trip opportunities/Rewarding inclusive travelsAnnual award ceremonies & holiday parties
