Temporary Men's Activewear Designer
to bring fresh ideas and technical expertise to the Design team.Salary/Hourly Rate:$30/hr - $35/hrPosition Overview:We are seeking a Temporary Men's Activewear Designer to join our team. This role involves designing a variety of men's activewear products such as sweatshirts, sweatpants, t-shirts, and more. The ideal candidate will have strong technical design skills, including the ability to sketch detailed flats, spec garments, and create compelling design presentations. Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop is essential. This is an in-office role, requiring daily presence to collaborate with our dynamic team.Responsibilities of the Temporary Men's Activewear Designer:
Design a range of men’s activewear products including sweatshirts, sweatpants, t-shirts, and more.
Create detailed flats and technical sketches using computer-aided design software.
Develop and spec garments, ensuring accuracy in measurements and construction details.
Prepare design presentations to communicate concepts and ideas effectively to the team.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure designs meet brand standards and production requirements.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and incorporate them into innovative designs.
Qualifications for the Temporary Men's Activewear Designer:
Strong technical design skills with the ability to create precise and detailed flats.
Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop.
Experience in garment specification and technical sketching.
Excellent design presentation skills.
Ability to work in an in-office role every day.
Strong attention to detail and a keen eye for design aesthetics.
Previous experience in activewear design is preferred.
Education Requirements:
Bachelor's degree is ideal.
