Location: On Campus & Remote
**NOTE: Intern Applicant must be currently enrolled in school AND live on-campus or within very close proximity to the school campus to qualify for this internship opportunity.

provides officially licensed print-on-demand apparel and merchandise products for student-athlete and school brands under the NIL. Through NIL policies, student-athletes may monetize their personal brand and endorsements while participating in sports.

Social Media Interns
to join our team. This position provides the flexibility to work on your school campus and work with Big NIL Inc remotely.
This position requires great communication and interpersonal skills, the ability to problem solve and impeccable attention to detail. Previous experience in Social Media lead roles is highly recommended, as well as a strong understanding of college/high school sports, fan apparel, your local/school community, and the clients (student-athletes) we serve within your school athletic program.

NIL SOCIAL MEDIA INTERN
Social Media Interns support the digital media staff to develop and implement outreach and promotional campaigns to boost brand engagement and increase revenue. The duties and responsibilities of a Social Media Intern include:Assist with the design and execution of social media campaignsCreate weekly and monthly editorial calendars to promote student-athlete brands on various social media websites and platformsCreate and distribute content such as blogs, infographics, videos and press releases on social media and traditional news outletsTrack social media engagement to identify high-performing ideas and campaigns for scalabilitySupport marketing team at live and online eventPerform social media marketing researchAssist on influencer campaign strategyRespond to comments and DMs on social media platformsBrainstorm and research ideas for original contentCreate compelling graphics to share across social channelsWrite social media captions that speak to the company's target audienceHelp create and edit short-form videosDevelop new strategies for increasing engagementAssist with photo/video content shootsEnsure brand message is consistentOther duties as assigned
