Job Summary:

The Brand Marketing Coordinator is responsible for providing administrative support and enhancing organizational processes within the marketing department. This role involves coordinating marketing activities, managing project timelines, and ensuring efficient workflow to support the execution of marketing campaigns and initiatives. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:Administrative Support: Provide comprehensive administrative assistance to the marketing team, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and preparing reports and presentations.Process Management: Assist in developing and implementing standardized processes to streamline marketing operations, ensuring efficient project execution and timely delivery of marketing materials.Project Coordination: Assist in managing marketing projects by tracking timelines, budgets, and deliverables, while maintaining clear communication among team members and stakeholders.Campaign Coordination: Support the planning and execution of marketing campaigns, including tracking campaign performance and compiling results for analysis.Event Organization: Help coordinate logistics for marketing events, including vendor communication, materials preparation, and post-event follow-up.Communication Facilitation: Act as a point of contact for internal and external communications, ensuring all inquiries are addressed promptly and accurately.Reporting and Analysis: Assist in monitoring marketing metrics and preparing reports to evaluate the effectiveness of marketing initiatives, providing insights for future improvements.Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of marketing strategies and objectives.Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.1-2 years of experience in marketing or administrative roles.Exceptional organizational and time-management skills, with a keen eye for detail.Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with marketing software.Strong written and verbal communication skills.Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.A proactive approach to problem-solving and process improvement.We welcome you to apply, even if you don't check all the boxes. Hourly Range: $22.98 - $26.44
