We are looking for a

Social Media Coordinator

to support our

Marketing Department.

Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Social Media Coordinator to join our dynamic in-house creative team. The ideal candidate will possess a keen understanding of social media strategies, platforms, and analytics combined with skills in creating, curating, and building social campaigns and posts. This role is integral to working with our Social Media Manager to continue to drive our brand presence across various social media channels, ensuring consistency, engagement, and growth.

Responsibilities:Develop, implement, and manage results-driven social media campaigns and plans, as well as influencer and advocate strategies that align with our company's objectives.Develop, create, and curate engaging content with text, graphics, images, and video content for various social media platforms, including LinkedIn, X, Facebook, and Instagram.Assist in creating and editing written, photo, and video content.Attend events and produce live social media content.Maintain a unified brand voice across different social media channels.Design posts to sustain readers' curiosity and create buzz around new products.Monitor and analyze social media KPIs to optimize performance and drive impactful campaigns, including web traffic and SEO.Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and business units to ensure cohesive branding.Stay current with the latest social media trends, technologies, audience preferences, and best practices.Manage and develop ideas for social media campaigns to generate leads, drive engagement, create revenue opportunities and increase brand awareness.Interact with users and respond to comments, messages, inquiries, and reviews in a timely and professional manner.Report on online reviews and feedback.Develop and maintain a social media calendar and schedule, considering topics across the industry along with news and current events in addition to web traffic and customer engagement metrics.

Requirements:• Bachelor's degree in marketing, Communications, or a related field, or 3 years of experience.• Proven work experience as a Social Media Coordinator or a similar role.• Strong understanding of social media platforms and their respective audiences.• Excellent verbal and written communication, and copywriting and editing skills.• Proficiency in operating within a social media management platform and analytics tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Oktopost, Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics).• Experience with Adobe Creative Suite and the ability to deliver creative content through text, images, graphics, and videos.• Experience setting up and managing paid advertising campaigns, including developing a target audience that aligns with the campaign's objectives.• Excellent social listening skills.• Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.• The ability to digest and comprehend information in articles, blogs, interviews, and podcasts, and create a compelling preview to drive traffic to them.• The ability to understand historical, current, and future trends across digital content and social media.• Impeccable time management skills with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
